Inspection & Quality Control Guidelines for Insignia

At Insignia, each project is carefully checked by our QC Inspector to make sure it meets our strict guidelines...and yours!

It is our intent to provide you with the most complete, reliable and high quality products & customer service. We need your cooperation by communicating any of your concerns. Insignia will respond promptly with a working solution to quickly remedy any problem that might occur. One thing we pride ourselves on is our commitment to you, our valued customer.

*** Failure to read this document may result in financial liability! It is imperative to immediately inspect your product upon receipt.

External Damage: If any EXTERNAL damage is visible at the time of receipt, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to report this to the delivery carrier in writing on the bill of lading. Note this while the driver is there, if possible. Insurance is purchased and payable only if external damage is reported in writing at the time of delivery or evidence of shipping damage can be proved. You may opt to refuse the shipment if the damage is not repairable and the carrier will return the product back to us.

Best Solution:

1. Note the damage in detail on any and all shipping documents.

2. Call Insignia immediately, even while the delivery driver is present if possible. By calling Insignia, we will ask important questions as to the best solution for this shipment as it pertains to the extent of the repair or any replacement solution.

3. Take clear and accurate digital pictures of the package exterior, the sign(s) up close and the sing(s) from a distance. E-Mail us the jpg or pdf files to claims@leavingyourmark.com with a detailed description of the damage. Insignia will respond promptly with a working solution to quickly remedy the problem.

Opening Instructions: Carefully remove all products by first removing foam, bubble and all packaging materials. Be aware that 2 oz. touch up paint bottles are included and are sometimes concealed in packaging materials that may have shifted in transport.

Concealed Damage: Inspect ALL contents for damage. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
