 Gabe is originally from Houston, TX. His family relocated to Anaheim, CA when he was 11 years old, where he has lived ever since. He attended ITT Technical Institute and worked for AT&T Wireless for 8 years before joining the Insignia team. His strong analytical skills and emphasis on process improvements make him the right choice to manage production.
WHAT ROLE DO YOU PLAY AT INSIGNIA?
My job is insure complete customer satisfaction through installation. I am the last one to touch your sign for installation. I put all the finishing touches to your sign and make sure that you are 100% satisfied and happy with your great decision to choose Insignia for your investment in your sign(s).
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF WORKING HERE?
There are many things that make working here great. What I love the most about Insignia is the impact I can make on any given day. Having the level of responsibility that I have maximizes my talents and abilities. At the end of each and every day I can look back and feel a sense of completion and productiveness. Everyone who works here, from office personnel to the sandblasters, is a quality person and it makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Work is FUN.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT SERVING THE INSIGNIA CUSTOMERS?
Surpassing expectations, achieving the impossible, building life long relationships that far outlast a sign or project.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF?
I really enjoy completing signs and personally seeing the expression of excitement when our customers see their drawings come to life. Completing more difficult signs is the most rewarding and having their continuing business says a lot bout the job we do.
HOW WOULD OTHERS DESCRIBE YOU?
Quiet. They wouldd probably say that I was a man of integrity with strong faith. They would say that I am an extremely helpful person that would do anything for his family and close friends, not materialistic, funny and joking about 90% of the time.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
A good song, A good message on a Sunday morning, A solid word of encouragement from a loved one.
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO HAVE FUN?
I like to have fun all the time. The most fun I have, though, is playing with my son and making him laugh. Being a dad is great. I love to hang out with friends. It does not matter what we are doing, as long as we are together and having a good time. I love to play sports and play video games also.
